Remote learning
At The Kite Academy Trust, we believe that attending school is the best way for children to learn, develop relationships and thrive. In the rare circumstances where attendance is not possible, we are committed to providing high-quality remote education to help pupils stay connected with their learning and their school community.
Our remote education provision is designed to be ambitious, inclusive and accessible. We use consistent digital platforms, provide clear learning activities and feedback, and work closely with families to overcome any barriers to participation. Where required, additional support is available for pupils with SEND, and safeguarding remains a priority throughout all remote learning activities.
We value the partnership between schools, pupils and families and will continue to review our provision to ensure it meets the needs of our communities and aligns with current Department for Education guidance.
