Moving Forwards
We were not surprised that the behaviour of a small number of children was identified as an area for development. The staff team have been working with these children to support them but it had a limiting effect on the other judgements and the final outcome.
The inspection team recognised that there are already plans in place to secure improvement and we should not overlook the positives that are identified within the report:
The inspector recognised the work that has been implemented by the new leadership team to minimise this impact. The safeguarding of the children in the school was recognised as strong and he reported that all staff were working hard to develop areas of the curriculum for our children. We are confident that with the new team we will be able to develop our offer to provide the best for all children, to help them reach their potential and enjoy successes.
We have created a leaflet for families showing how we intend to move forwards after OFSTED and all the things already in place. Please read this for further information.
