Welcome to The Ferns Primary Academy. We’re very pleased you have stopped by!
We’re a one form entry primary school in the heart of the Fernhill community in Farnborough. This means we are a relatively small school with mixed age year groups. We became part the of Kite Academy Trust in June 2019 and are continuing our exciting journey as part of the Kite Academy family of schools.
We are delighted to announce, that along with our recent 'Good' in all areas Ofsted report, the school won the Hart and Rushmoor Community School of the Year Award for 2024/ 25. This recognises the outstanding work our children did in the community and our aspiration to be a central pillar of our community, a school that gives back where it can and teaches our children that nothing can be achieved without the support of the people around you. We have also received recognition from the Minister for School Standards, been celebrated in the House of Commons and received recognition from a variety of dignitaries, local and national, for our outstanding progress as as school and our wonderful children.
